1. General Agreement

By accessing or using the Laxmi Globaltex website and our B2B manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all bulk orders, sampling requests, and institutional supply contracts executed by Laxmi Globaltex. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Orders, Sampling & Minimum Quantities

  • MOQ: All orders are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) depending on the fabric and garment type.
  • Sampling: Physical samples are chargeable. The cost of sampling (excluding shipping) may be adjusted against the final bulk invoice if the order meets our specified volume criteria.
  • Approval: Bulk production will strictly commence only after written sign-off/approval of the physical sample or digital CAD by the authorized client representative.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices quoted are exclusive of GST, freight, and insurance unless explicitly stated otherwise in the proforma invoice.

  • Standard payment terms require a specified advance percentage prior to fabric procurement/cutting.
  • The remaining balance must be cleared against the dispatch readiness report (or Proforma Invoice) before the goods leave our facility.
  • Delayed payments may attract an interest penalty as per standard MSME guidelines of the Government of India.

4. Production Tolerance & Quality

While we operate under ISO 9001:2015 guidelines for zero-defect manufacturing, textile production carries standard commercial tolerances. A variance of +/- 3% to 5% in GSM, shade lot, and sizing is considered acceptable industry standard and shall not be grounds for rejection.

5. Intellectual Property

All patterns, CADs, and manufacturing matrices developed by Laxmi Globaltex remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred via a contract. Client-provided logos, school crests, and brand trademarks will only be used for the execution of the respective client's order.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or commercial transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
